In order to be a customer of Probitas virtual store,
read the following terms of use.

order to buy, you will have to create a client account on our
e-store.

Every
time you order and receive the post order, please verify
that everything is in due conditions.

| 3) |
Every
product sold on our e-store has a one-year guarantee, which
can be extended depending on the product. Every product is
duely labeled. Every product bought in our e-store loses automatically
his guarantee in case of the label being removed or damaged.

Every
order will be delivered whithin 5 working days, except in case
of stock rupture.

Valid
prices except typographic errors. Prices may be modified without
previous notice.

| 6) |
If
the Customer wants to return the goods, he will receive a Voucher
for use in future purchases in any stores of the Probitas Group.
We will not proceed to any monetary refunds.
